We have successfully generated an XML file in the context of the SEPA process from SAP F110.
The next step of the business process is to upload the XML file on the bank system.
We faced a message issue and the bank support mentioned that the XML file version we sent is UTF16.
They would need to have the UTF8 version instead.

We did not face this issue in NEQ100 when testing the file upload

As per the analysis OSS notes 1954679 was implemented in NED and NEQ but not implemented in NEP. Tthis OSS notes is the correction of XML file format to UTF-16

Implement transport NEDK937105 OSSNOTE 1954679_implementation in NEP to resolve the issue
